How it works
Four steps. Tendaq does the reading and writing; you stay in charge of the decisions.
- 1
Get alerts
We watch every source daily and email you the tenders that fit your company — instantly or as a morning digest.
- 2
Check eligibility
AI reads the bid documents, gives a one-page summary and a bid / no-bid verdict, and lists exactly what you're missing.
- 3
Draft the bid
A complete first draft in English or Dhivehi, built from your company profile and past bids, with a source behind every paragraph.
- 4
You review and submit
You check it, set your own price and submit it yourself via Beelan or by hand. We never submit and never see your final price.
Every source, one feed
We check these daily so you don't have to refresh six websites.

Built so we can't see your prices — even if we wanted to
Your data is sealed. Not used for AI training. And easy to prove.
Sealed workspace per company
The AI only sees your own documents while helping you. It never compares bidders or mixes data.
Never used for AI training
Your prices and proposals never train any model. We only use AI providers on no-training business plans.
No cross-bidder price hints
Pricing help comes only from public information, such as published contract awards.
Encrypted price files
Pricing sheets get an extra lock tied to your account, so our staff can't open them.
Access log and auto-delete
See every time a file was opened and by whom. Files delete when a tender closes, or with one click.
We don't submit bids
You download your finished bid and submit it yourself. Prices never pass through us to the buyer.
Plus: a plain-English and Dhivehi privacy policy, an NDA for every paying company, a rule that our staff and their families can't bid, and independent certification (such as ISO 27001) planned for later.
Questions
Do you submit the bid for me?
No. Tendaq drafts; you review, price and submit it yourself. That keeps you in control and your prices private.
Is the AI draft ready to submit as-is?
No. Every draft is marked as AI-generated. You must tick a review checklist before you can download it, and a second AI pass checks it against the tender's requirements.
Can my competitors use Tendaq too?
Yes — the way accounting firms serve competing clients. Every company's workspace is sealed and completely separate.
Which language will my bid be in?
The one the tender's Bid Data Sheet asks for. Most ministry tenders are English; many council notices are Dhivehi. Tendaq drafts in both.
What does it cost?
Alerts are free. You pay per bid draft, by tender size. Prices are indicative during the pilot.
Can I delete my account?
Any time, with one click. All your files are deleted with it.
